L-Citrulline~6 g studied dose
The blood-flow and pump active. Most of the supporting research uses around 6 grams per dose, which is why it helps to know how much a product actually uses.
Beta-Alanine~3.2 g studied daily
Helps buffer muscle acidity for higher-rep work. It is also what causes the harmless skin tingling. The studied daily amount is about 3.2 grams.
Caffeine~3 to 6 mg / kg
The main driver of the energy effect. The studied performance range is roughly 3 to 6 mg per kilogram of bodyweight, which is about 200 to 400 mg for most adults.
