A proprietary blend tells you the total, not the doses. We print every ingredient and every dose, on every label.
A typical proprietary blend
One number for the whole blend. The individual doses stay hidden.

How to read a supplement label
A label tells you everything you need to know, if you know where to look. Here is the 90 second version.
Serving size and servings per container
How much you actually take, and how many real servings are in the tub. Two scoops per serving quietly halves what you thought you bought.
The dose, not just the name
A good label prints the exact amount of each active, like 5,000 mg of creatine, not a vague creatine matrix. If you cannot see the number, you cannot know if it works.
Proprietary blend means hidden doses
A blend lists one total for several ingredients, so the maker can use a pinch of the costly stuff and fill the rest with cheap filler. One number, everything hidden.
Third-party tested, with a COA
A certificate of analysis from an independent lab proves what is printed is actually in the tub. Always ask for it. We publish ours on every batch.
How much protein do you actually need?
Most lifters are under-dosed. Slide your bodyweight, pick your training intensity, get the number, and the product that fits.
Daily protein target by bodyweight.
Math is bodyweight times a training-intensity multiplier, derived from the International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand on protein and natural-physique RCT literature. Not medical advice.
175g
From food plus a protein supplement. Most lifters eat ~100-130g and need 1-2 scoops to close the gap.
Whey Protein · 2 scoops/day
Sources: ISSN protein position stand (Jager et al. JISSN 2017) · Helms et al. natural bodybuilding review (JSCR 2014). Multipliers chosen as round-number approximations of 1.54 to 2.65 g/kg, the active range in the literature.
