About the products
Why are your doses higher than other brands?
We print the doses the clinical research actually used. Most competitors hide their doses in a "proprietary blend" because the studied amounts are expensive. Our preworkout, for example, ships 6 grams of L-citrulline because that is what the nitric oxide research used. Below 3 grams, the effect is minimal. Read more here.
What is in your preworkout?
6 grams L-citrulline, 3.2 grams beta-alanine, 200mg caffeine anhydrous, 1.5 grams L-tyrosine, 100mg L-theanine, plus betaine and taurine at studied doses. Every gram is on the front of the label.
Is your protein concentrate or isolate?
Whey Protein (the original) is whey concentrate at 25g per scoop. 100% Whey Armor Isolate is whey isolate at 25g per scoop, lactose-free, for anyone with mild lactose sensitivity. Both hit the leucine threshold for muscle protein synthesis at one scoop.
What flavors do you ship?
- Whey Protein (2 LB): Natural Chocolate, Natural Vanilla, Birthday Cake, Cookies & Cream, Cinnamon Swirl
- Whey Protein 5 LB: Chocolate, Vanilla
- 100% Whey Armor Isolate: Vanilla, Chocolate, Cappuccino, Berry, Unflavored (lactose-free)
- Preworkout: Fruit Punch, Watermelon Splash, Tropical Sunrise
- BCAA: Grape, Lemon Lime, Fruit Punch, Watermelon Splash
- Ion Select Electrolytes: Azure Berry
- Creatine Monohydrate: Unflavored
Why don't you sell fat burners or testosterone boosters?
Both categories are built on weak evidence and marketing theatre. Here is the case against fat burners and here is the case against testosterone boosters. We will not launch a product that requires the word "thermogenic" or "anabolic complex" to make a sale.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch ships to Eurofins (ISO 17025 accredited) for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial testing before the lot is released for shipping. Email support@valenco.org with your lot number to receive the COA for your batch within 24 hours.
Where are your products made?
Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA. Our contract manufacturer is Rocktomic, a GMP-certified supplement manufacturer.
Are your products vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free?
Most contain dairy (whey is a milk derivative). Specific details by SKU:
| SKU | Vegan | Gluten-free | Soy-free | Dairy-free |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Whey Protein | No | Yes | Yes | No (dairy) |
| Whey Protein 5 LB | No | Yes | Yes | No (dairy) |

If you have specific allergens to verify, email support@valenco.org with the SKU and we will send the relevant CoA section.
About COAs and traceability
What is a COA?
A Certificate of Analysis is a third-party lab report confirming what is actually in a specific batch of supplement. Identity, potency, heavy metals, microbial contamination. We get one from Eurofins on every batch and ship every order with a lot number. Read more here.
How do I request a COA?
Three ways:
- Reply to your order confirmation with your lot number (printed on the bottom of the tub)
- Email support@valenco.org with the lot number
- DM us on Instagram or X with the lot number
We send the PDF within 24 hours, every order, every time.
Why don't you publish all COAs on the website?
Because COAs are batch-specific. The COA for the tub you received is different from the COA for the tub someone else received last month. If we publish "the COA," it would only be the most recent batch, not yours. The on-request model means you always get the document that matches your specific lot.
Are you NSF Certified for Sport?
Not yet. We are working toward that certification. Right now we are GMP-certified (the facility) and third-party batch-tested at Eurofins (ISO 17025 accredited). NSF for Sport adds additional testing for banned substances against the WADA list. We are targeting Q3 2027 for that certification.
About ordering and shipping
Where do you ship?
United States, all 50 states. International shipping is on the 2027 roadmap.
How fast do you ship?
We ship from one warehouse in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Standard times:
- US East: 2-4 business days
- US Central: 3-5 business days
- US West: 4-6 business days
Here is why we use one warehouse instead of three.
Do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping on US orders over $75. For orders below $75, standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Why don't you offer 2-day or next-day shipping?
Because we do not have inventory in multiple warehouses. If you need a tub by a specific date, choose UPS 2-Day at checkout for an additional fee. Or order early and use the regular shipping window.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, via USPS. Note that USPS is slightly slower than UPS Ground.
My order has not arrived yet. What do I do?
If it has been past the expected delivery window:
- Check your tracking link in the shipping email
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you do not have it, check with neighbors or your front desk
- If still nothing, reply to your order confirmation. We will work with UPS to locate it and ship a replacement if needed.
About subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Pick the products you want, choose your delivery cycle (30, 45, or 60 days), and we ship them on schedule. 15% off every recurring order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in to your account at valenco.org/account, click "Subscriptions," click "Cancel." Two clicks. No retention scripts, no "are you sure" modals, no required reason.
Can I skip an order if I am traveling?
Yes. In your subscription dashboard, click "Skip next order." We will hold your next charge until the cycle after.
Can I change the products in my subscription?
Yes, anytime, from your subscription dashboard. Add new SKUs, remove old ones, change flavors.
Will I get notified before my subscription ships?
Yes. We send an email 3 days before your subscription processes. If you want to skip, change products, or pause, you have a 3-day window to do it.
What is the "founding rate"?
If you joined the Valenco waitlist before launch (April 2026) and started a subscription before June 10, 2026, your 15% subscription discount is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. Future price changes do not affect founding-rate subscribers as long as their subscription stays active.
About returns
What is your return policy?
30-day exchange policy on defective product. If your tub arrived damaged, opened to a flavor you hate, or shows up underdelivering, reply to your order confirmation. We will replace it.
Read the full Refund Policy here.
Can I get a cash refund?
We offer exchange-only by default. For specific circumstances (medical reasons, allergic reactions, etc.), email support@valenco.org and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Do I have to ship the tub back to return it?
No. Reply to your order confirmation with photos of the issue, and we will process the exchange without requiring you to ship the original tub back.
How long does an exchange take?
We ship the replacement within 24 business hours of confirming the issue. Standard transit time applies.
About the brand
Who founded Valenco?
Ronin Stern, founder and CEO. Jake Wacha, co-founder. Based in Tampa, Florida.
Why did you start Valenco?
The supplement category has been getting worse, not better. Proprietary blends, influencer-driven marketing, hidden doses, weak return policies. Valenco exists to do the opposite of all of that.
Why is your branding so minimal?
Because the supplement industry over-designs everything to compensate for under-delivering on dose. We thought the labels should be small and the doses should be big. The opposite of the convention.
Are you affiliated with Valen Research?
Ronin previously ran Valen Research (a separate peptide brand). Valenco is a separate company, separate product line, separate distribution. The brands do not share customers or inventory.
Do you do wholesale or gym partnerships?
Yes. Email support@valenco.org with "Wholesale" in the subject line, your business name, location, and expected monthly volume. We have a team/gym discount structure starting at $500/month wholesale orders.
How can I work with you (creator, podcast, press)?
- Creator partnerships: Send your social handles and audience size to ronin@valenco.org
- Press / podcasts: Press kit at valenco.org/press-kit
- Job inquiries: We are not hiring yet, but ronin@valenco.org is the inbox when we are
About the ingredients
Do your products contain artificial sweeteners?
Yes. We use sucralose in the flavored products (Whey, Preworkout, BCAA) and a small amount of acesulfame potassium in some flavors. Both are at FDA-approved doses far below daily safe intake limits. Creatine and Whey Armor Isolate (Birthday Cake) are also flavored, but with natural flavors and a smaller sucralose dose.
If you prefer no artificial sweeteners, our unflavored Creatine Monohydrate has zero sweeteners.
Where does your whey come from?
US dairy farms, processed at a Wisconsin co-op, shipped to our Georgia facility for blending and packaging. The whey is from cows not treated with rBST.
Is the whey grass-fed?
Not specifically grass-fed certified. The cows are American dairy cows on standard US dairy farm feed (a mix of grass, hay, grain). If we ever launch a grass-fed-only product, it will be clearly labeled.
Do you use proprietary blends anywhere?
No. Every gram of every active ingredient is on the front of every label. That is the brand's whole point.
What is the source of your creatine?
Micronized creatine monohydrate from Creapure (the German-manufactured creatine that has 30+ years of human safety data and is the standard for the supplement research literature). Same source most evidence-aligned brands use.
About California Proposition 65
What is the Prop 65 warning on the bottle?
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to warn California consumers about products that may expose them to listed chemicals, even at levels below FDA action limits. For our protein and amino acid SKUs, the relevant chemicals are trace amounts of lead and cadmium that naturally occur in agricultural supply chains.
Are your products safe?
Yes. Our products test below FDA action limits and within industry-accepted ranges. California's thresholds are stricter than the federal standard, so we err on the side of full disclosure. The warning does not indicate the product is unsafe.
Do other supplement brands have this warning?
Yes. Most protein and amino acid brands shipping to California carry Prop 65 warnings. Transparent Labs, Momentous, NOW Foods, MOMENTOUS all do.
