VALENCO Supplements — Shipping Policy Last updated: May 2026 FREE SHIPPING We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. SHIPPING TIMES Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout) Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available at checkout) Note: Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control. ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website. SHIPPING ADDRESS We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@valenco.org. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines. Your subscription will ship automatically on your selected billing cycle.
