No account needed. Paste the tracking number from your shipping email and we will take you straight to the carrier.

Your tracking number is in the shipping email we sent when your order left our warehouse.

What to expect

1Order confirmationYou get an email the moment we receive your order.
2Shipping email with trackingOrders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It ships via USPS or UPS depending on weight.
3DeliveredA final email confirms delivery. You can always see live status in your account under Orders.

Standard delivery once shipped

US EAST2 to 4 business days
US CENTRAL3 to 5 business days
US WEST4 to 6 business days

We ship to all 50 states. Free standard shipping on orders over $65; orders under $65 are charged shipping calculated at checkout. If your order has passed its expected delivery window, or tracking shows delivered but you do not have it, email hello@valenco.org and we will get you sorted.
